This sweet, tiered broomstick skirt is just perfect for end-of-summer tea parties.  56 patches of four coordinating cotton fabrics (4 yds. total)  were pieced together to make this 4-tiered broomstick skirt.  Graduated tiers, random placement of patches and the broomstick pleating effect combine to make this delightful skirt flattering to most figures.  1 3/4" wide elastic at the waist makes this a "one size fits most" skirt. (Let me know your waist measurement and I will adjust accordingly.)   37" from waist to hem.  Serged seams.  (Lace belt shown not included.) Care instructions provided. Too sweet!
