Please note that you do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a credit card payment through them. When paying for your purchase, you are given the option to sign up for a free PayPal account or or to make a straight forward payment using a major credit card. You may place an order 24 hrs a day with PayPal. PayPal is a secure payments service that will never use or share your information without your permission. To learn more, please go to www.PayPal.com.

Shipping:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated by order weight and added to your order total. You will have a choice when you check out.
*****Insurance is optional. However, if you do not choose to add insurance, I cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. If you choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail but do not insure, you will not be able to file a claim for loss (even if it is their fault) or damage. Orders shipped via Fed Ex have insurance included for up to $100. If your order is over $100., you will need to purchase insurance for only that amount over $100.
Many of our items are one-of-a-kinds and are not replaceable. I will take great care in packaging your items, but we all know Murphy's Law: "If it can be broken or lost, it will be broken or lost without insurance." Please make sure your purchase is adequately covered. Please open your package and check for breakage as soon as it arives. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for breakage cannot be made once this time limit has passed.
Insurance does not cover theft from the front porch once a package is delivered. Sweet Necessi-Teas is not responsible for theft or loss once it has been shipped. Please make proper arrangements with your carrier(s) if no one is available during delivery hours.
Shipping charges are for the continental (lower 48 states) US only. Alaska and Hawaii will have additional charges. These additional expenses must be paid prior to shipping. I will contact you and let you know the amount and discuss shipping and payment options.
Order Processing:
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need an item for a specific date, please let me know in the comments portion of the order form. I will make every effort to accomodate your request.
