Policies
Ordering:

I cannot take orders over the phone. Please place orders online and select the payment type that you are most comforatble with.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

If you need an item for a specific date, please let me know in the comments portion of the order form. I will make every effort to accomodate your request.

Sweet Necessi-Teas no longer accepts international orders.
Payment:
Shipping:

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated by order weight and added to your order total. You will be able to choose your shipping method when you check out.

Shipping charges are for the continental (lower 48 states) US only. Alaska and Hawaii will have additional charges.
Insurance:

Insurance is optional. However, if you do not choose to add insurance, I cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

Orders shipped via Fed Ex have insurance included for up to $100. If your order is over $100., you will need to purchase insurance for only that amount over $100.

Please open your package and check for breakage as soon as it arives. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for breakage cannot be made once this time limit has passed.

Insurance does not cover theft from the front porch once a package is delivered. Sweet Necessi-Teas is not responsible for theft or loss once it has been shipped.
Returns and Refunds:

All items must be returned in their original condition for a refund or store credit.

Shipping fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Returns must have prior approval within 3 days of receipt. Please contact me for a Return Authorization number.

Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense and packages must be insured for the full value of the item.

Lost or damaged items shipped without insurance are not subject to our refund or return policy. All refunds will be credited back to a valid PayPal Account only. If there is not a valid PayPal account, a store credit will be issued.
